Stina has created a total of 18 works for English National Ballet, English National Ballet School and the Youth Company. Some of her most recent works are Catching Colour (2022), part of an artistic collaboration with artist Rana Begum and designer Roksanda Ilinčić; Hollow (2020); and Nora (2019). She created Reverie (2019) for Lauren Cuthbertson at the Joyce Theatre, New York and worked as a Choreographer for Sam Brown’s opera production of La Clemenza Di Tito at Theatre An Der Wien, Vienna. Most recently she choreographed Nostalgia (2022) for Northern Ballet and Take Five Blues which was initially created especially for film for ENB’s Digital Season and premiered on stage at Sadler’s Wells as part of Reunion in 2021. It returned, newly extended, for Ek/Forsythe/Quagebeur at Sadler’s Wells in 2022.
Awards and nominations
Stina won the Emerging Artist Award and was nominated for Best Classical Choreography (Nora) at the National Dance Awards in 2020, and was subsequently nominated for ‘Best Digital Choreography’ (Take Five Blues) in 2021
