Increase your core strength with our ballet-pilates workout.

 

 

A great standalone workout, or supplementary class for dancers of all levels, BalletFit includes elements of ballet, yoga, Pilates, gentle stretching and body conditioning, beginning with barre work and moving to floor-based exercises during the class.

Taught by Vanessa Abreu.
